NEW: Covid-19 Web archive

From the webite - "The COVID-19 Web Archive includes 154 collections from 122 collecting organizations. These collections contain more than 80,000 websites documenting the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on communities, businesses, healthcare, and other aspects of everyday life. Search the full-text of the archived webpages, as well as images, videos, pdfs, and more." (added tp guide Oct 19, 2022)

A recent paper (May 2021) from the IMF (International Money Fund). From the abstract: "This paper proposes pragmatic actions at the national and multilateral level to expeditiously defeat the pandemic."
