Contact us using one of the options on the Ask the Mardigian page if you have any issues or problems with accessing the library's databases, journals, e-books, streaming videos, or your library account.
Some library databases require VPN for access. Follow theITS VPN setup instructions to install the UM-Dearborn VPN and go to the ITS VPN Problem page if you have any trouble installing or using the VPN.
