What should I use to find articles?
- Mardigian Search — This is the green box on the library's home page.
- Type your term(s), select "Articles — Peer-reviewed", and click "Search"
- If you are working from home:
- Make sure "Journal Article" is checked and click on the pencil icon to choose the appropriate date range.
- Subject specific databases — The Biology subject research databases page lists several databases that are recommended, such as:
- Individual botany and science journals — Almost every journal has a home page with a search box near the top that allows you to search just that journal for your keyword(s). Some to consider:
- Botany & Plant Science (This list includes journals that were among the highest rated by Scopus in March 2024. Journals that include only review articles were excluded.)
