The following list of protocol resources are provided by the library. To search these resources, you need to click on the link provided or you need to go through the library's databases pages to access them.
- BIOSIS doesn't contain full text articles, but it may link you to open access articles or articles that are in other library databases (ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Wiley Online Library, etc.). There are two ways to search BIOSIS: by literature type and by major concept. See tutorials on the BIOSIS page for demonstrations of how to do these searches.
- Current Protocols — The search box on the page searches through ~25,000 protocols in the 18 Current Protocols in … journals in the Wiley Online Library database.
- PubMed — It isn't easy to limit PubMed search results to protocols, but your searches can be limited somewhat by adding MeSH subheadings like "analysis", "biosynthesis", "diagnostic use", "instrumentations", or, especially, "methods", See the PubMed page for demonstration of this.
- Springer Nature Experiments — Includes Nature Methods, Nature Protocols, Nature Reviews Methods Primers, and Springer Protocols, ~65,000 protocols.
