Mardigian Search Tutorial Video

Use Mardigian Search to begin your research.

Mardigian Search allows you to search through the entire library collection and many of the databases all at once.

Mardigian Search is a single search for all materials in the library:

  • Books and e-books from the library catalog
  • Articles - from library database subscriptions
  • Streaming videos and DVDs

See the video tutorial on using Mardigian Search below.

Using Boolean Operators

Using Boolean operators allows you to create more specific search strings, helping you narrow search results. Connect search keywords or phrases with AND, OR, and NOT. The graphic below explains how each operator functions.
