Essential Studies on the Modern Middle East

Scholarship on Human Rights violations in Israel and the Occupied Territories does not focus exclusively on abuses resulting from the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians. For Palestinian Arabs, it matters what jurisdiction you live in, especially if you consider the circumstances of the Palestinian diaspora in the Middle East.
