What is a Virtual Escape Room?
Virtual escape rooms are interactive adventures that require you to solve puzzles to complete a goal.
Do I have to do the escape room all at one time?
You can, but you don't have to! Feel free to leave it up in your browser, and come back to finish later!
Why does the escape room ask me to sign in to Google?
A couple reasons -- first, the escape rooms often require you to use university and library resources to solve the puzzles. Because some of these resources are restricted to UM-Dearborn students, faculty and staff, we require a login to help make sure that you have access to everything you need to solve the puzzles. We also collect your email address so that, if you want or need proof of completion for a class, you can have your answers emailed to you directly.
My instructors says that I have to submit proof of completion. How do I do this?
First, make sure that you sign in with your umich.edu email address. Then, when you finish all of the puzzles, be sure to select the option that says "send me a copy of my responses." This email should serve as your proof of completion.
