General Retention Criteria:
- Identified for retention - Books identified for retention through MI-SPI
- Keep any editions identified in MI-SPI
- Community Engagement Collection
- HathiTrust (digitized books)
- Circulation - Keep items that have circulated at least 3 times in the last 5 years
- Alumni & Faculty Authors - books will be retained
- Digital bookplate & Mardigian Endowment books - books will be retained
- Anything purchased in the last 3 years
