Off-Campus Access
When you are off-campus, for best results, the Mardigian Library recommends that UM-Dearborn users use the campus VPN (Virtual Private Network) in order to access library resources.
- Go to the ITS VPN page to find installation Instructions for your device.
- Problems installing or using the VPN? Go to the ITS VPN Problem page or contact the ITS Service Desk.
On-Campus Access
There are three Wi-Fi networks on the UM-Dearborn campus. Make sure you're connected to the MWireless network. It is the only one that allows you to connect to online library resources without looking like you're off-campus. Follow the steps on the ITS Get Connected page to connect to the MWireless network. If you have any problems connecting to the wireless network, see WiFi: Common Troubleshooting Tips.
