GIS and Mapping

You will no longer be able to log in to ArcGIS software with your university login after you graduate, retire, or otherwise leave UM-Dearborn. Content that you created will not be deleted immediately, but it will not be preserved indefinitely. Therefore, you will want to determine what you want to do with your ArcGIS Online content before you leave.

• Transfer ownership to another University of Michigan user. This transfer can be to anyone at Ann Arbor, Dearborn, or Flint who has an ArcGIS Online account.
• Copy content to another ArcGIS Online organization or to a ArcGIS for Personal Use subscription. Most content (except StoryMaps) can be transferred using the ArcGIS Assistant.
• Delete content that you will no longer need.
