I'll be available to help even when working remotely from home.
The best way to contact me is through email.
You can also get assistance from the library by sending email to our Ask-A-Question service, which includes all of the Mardigian librarians as well as library staff, or by using our live Chat service, which is staffed by librarians from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
I'll continue to update this guide with additional resources as needed; if you have requests, please let me know.
Off-Campus Access
When you are off-campus, for best results, the Mardigian Library recommends that UM-Dearborn users login to the UM-Dearborn Virtual Private Network (VPN) in order to access library resources. Turn on UM-Dearborn VPN and reload this page to access the library's online resources.
Troubleshooting Access Problems
Having issues or problems accessing the library's databases, journals, ebooks, streaming videos, or your library account?
On-Campus Access
There are three (3) Wi-Fi networks on UM-Dearborn campus. Make sure you're connected to the MWireless network. It is the only one that allows you to connect to online library resources without looking like you're off-campus. Follow the steps on the ITS Get Connected page to connect to the MWireless network. Go to the ITS MWirelessTroubleshooting page if you have any problems with the MWireless network.
Printing on Campus
UPrint is a printing service run by ITS for students in all UM-Dearborn colleges. Each semester, registered students are allocated a 500 page quota as part of student's University resources. See the Student Printing - UPrint page for more info about UPrint, how to use UPrint, and UPrint campus locations.
