Renewing Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Items (library items with blue bands)
Instructions for renewing ILL items
Renew requests through the "Checked Out Items" menu in ILLiad.
Click on the transaction number in order to see your renewal options.
You can renew 5 days before the due date.
You are granted a temporary new due date while ILL negotiates the due date with the owning library.
Overdue ILL items
ILL Borrowing privileges will be suspended if an item is 14 days or more beyond its due date or if a recalled item is one or more days overdue. MLibrary borrowing privileges will be suspended if an item is 30 days or more beyond its due date. Privileges will be restored when the overdue item has been returned.
