How do I have library books or DVDs delivered to my office?

Faculty and staff can have library books, DVDs, and other items delivered to their departmental mailboxes:

  • Use the online Faculty and Staff Delivery Service form to request item delivery. We do not take phone requests.
  • You may choose to have the items held at the library's User Services Desk, or checked out to your library account and delivered via campus mail.
  • Requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for delivery via campus mail.
  • Visit the Faculty Delivery and Proxy Cards web page for more information.

Faculty and students can also have books and DVDs delivered from:

How can I get articles from journals that the library doesn't have?

Can't find a journal article in our library collection? Request an article through your ILLiad account, and the library's Interlibrary loan department will order it in and email it to you. Please note that this is not a rush service, and that delivery dates cannot be predicted.

If you need any help setting up or using your ILLiad account, please contact your Behavioral Sciences librarian, Nadine. Please note that the Interlibrary Loan department has told Nadine that she is not allowed to order articles for faculty through her ILLiad account, and that faculty have to request articles through their own ILLiad accounts.
